go ask a mechanic if cutting springs are good....he will probably laugh at you and tell you " hope you still have a face when your done".. i know this cuz my dad is a mechanic and that is the biggest no no to be done..the problem with some of these forums is that there are too many backyard mechanics on here telling other people to do some things...YOU CAN HURT YOURSELF DOING THAT!!!!...cutt springs handle like crap and ur loosing performance doin it yourself...buy the real parts and if you feel mechanically inclined do it yourself but atleast buy the proper parts so its a lil safer.

I bought springs off ebay they're cheap but i wouldnt reccomend them they look like bicycle springs.
But I would definately reccomend the eibach sportlines of springs, Try www.sportcompactonly.com they have the springs and aftermarket struts youd be looking for.

I would also recommend pro lines over the sportlines the sportlines will blow most after market struts pretty quick too and the ride is insanely harse some times after a long trip I think I am gonna pee blood. That is why I am switching too coilovers
