How to Retract Rear Middle Seatbelt?
I took out my back seat a while back along with the seatbelt that hangs over the middle dividing the two seats. Now I want to put the seatbelt back in but Its as if its locked. How the hell do I retract the seat belt? It's all curled up in the mechanism and I can't pull it back out.
