im lookin on the chart and there are bulb sizes for high mount stop light, and stop light, and tail light.....and i thought stop light and tail light bulbs were the same. so is the third brake light bulb 3157 or 921. thanks. btw i tried searching but i keep getting confused so sry.

may be 31547 is a different part number for the same part, but im pretty sure 921 is the right one

 

Definately 921 I work at walmart the 921 is the High Stop light the 3157 is the one that is the tail lights and brake lights in the TAIL LIGHT housings

 

alright...thanks. i went lookin for lights today and i cant find any red 921 bulbs....where did you guys get yers? I really want a chrome coated or 90 degree leds but right now i dont really care. i went to wal mart, autozone, pepboys and o reileys and didnt have any luck.

 

Can't seem to find the ones I got on ebay here is a pic. You might contact the guy if interested and see if he has any. They look great in a clear 3rd brake light and I asure you no one will ever be able to say they didnt see youe brake light.

i think that's where i got my clear led for the rear 3rd brake light, it's awesome and it's bright..but it's cool for being clear so you don't see a red light stick out like a sore thumb. def go with the clear led that lights red, it's worth the price!!!
