Hey if you decide to go with the pre-assembled MS they dropped in price at rs auto sport theyre now 365 dollars. And also I got a question since I am going with preassembled unit does the Wiring Harness re wire the entire engine bay I want to keep the stock PCM for the accesories??? If any one knows thnx

no not plug and play. you will need the grounds and stuff and then the 4 injectors, 2 coil pack wires, tps, crk pos, read up www.megasquirt.info at lease 2 or 3 times fully before you even begin to think about it lol you will let the pcm take care of everything except fuel and spark. you will also have the cel on

 

Indeed...you should have that entire site practically memorized...and yeah, you'll probably throw around 10-15 CEL codes while on MS...

 

6 codes i think. 1 for each injector and then i thik 2 for the spark, unless there are more for the spark

 

Alright Ive done all that I have decided to go ahead and still get the MS preassembled kit. I am also eting the relay board it will help keep things neater under the hood. I can use the relay board right??? lol
Also I have to buy new injectors or can I reuse the stock ones

 

What are the Dimensions on the Box for the MS

 

I had the relay board the cable is one pain in the *** too assemble I would get the rs wirring set it is makes the install easier too

 

is there anyway u can do ms and not get the cel

 

yea have some old injectors hang off a wiring harness connected to your stock comp and same with coil pack. wont be too good of an idea to do that though
