this lip kit is the stock rt right???????? i put a custom lip on the front of my 02, and i need the sideskirts, and the rear bumper to match everything.... for that price, i will have to go order it...lol

 

The side skirts are the same ones that come stock on the 01-04 R/T's...as for te front and rear lip, that didnt come stck on any year Neon...even though it should have. Here are two pics I have from an R/T with the front and rear installed, and obviously the side skirts.
