I have a 2003 Neon SXT. It has 70000ish miles and it is stick. And when the car idles it like to jerk randomly and it seems to idle at a lower rpm compared to when I first bought it. Also when I really stomp on the gas, I seem to experiance a huge powerloss at higher rpm. Any ideas?

Also when I get around 65-70 mph the steering wheel shakes a lot but this does not occur at lower speeds. Do I just need to get thetires balenced?

 

If the shaking stops in higher speeds than 70. but i would go ahead and have them ballance and maybe even alighnment done
