hello out there can anyone give me a soultion to this problem my 2000 neon had a head gasket put in and timing belt plugs and wires, when i get up to 55-70 mph the car seem to misfire or jerk not all the time i put a new gas filter and coil but it always come back to doing the same thing, no check engine light is on the car run fine at idle and at take off, if anybody can help please do so.[&o][&o][&o][&o]

 

have you tried throwing a bottle of injector cleaner in it?

 

no i have not will this do the trick

 

it might. It sounds like your car is starving for either fuel or spark at at higher speeds. So, if you replaced your spark plugs you need to check your injecters. The injecter cleaner might possible do it.

 

i will get some injector cleaners and try it, also does the wires break down or not because i brought some after market wires from napa i check each one with omh meter and it check different on two of the wires.

 

i put it end and look like it got worse.
