Default couple questions, nub here.

when I release the brake from being stationary, it makes this weird rattling sound, kinda hard to explain.
this weird sound brake is trying to let go of the rotors maybe? it's 2002 model.
also, the right handside of the back seat door won't open from the inside.
and last, where the hell is the fuse for the power windows! I couldn't find it in the diagram...if anyone would care to help me out...thanks. it's in the interior fuse box right?

releasing which brake??? the regular brake or the e-brake?? in any case your brake pads SHOULDNT be sticking to the rotors, that is a bad safety issue...your brakes can lock up on you when your dirving if that were the case..

the door problem might be the anti child lock mechanism thing....open the door and on the inside of the door (where it closes) theres a latch/switch that you can enable/disable child lock....

the fuse i went outside and found for you...i have a 2004 sxt hopefully it still the same...its in the interior fuse box and its the very topmost fuse...its a big metal looking one and its a 20amp

sorry, I had a big test I had to take care of, but thanks guys, I'll check out the car today!
you guys have been a great help!
oh yeah, one more thing, for the power windows, only the driver's side isn't working, the passenger side works fine.
yikes one more thing, it's not the parking brake, it's the normal brakes. the front, where disc brake's located...could it be just the brake pads worn out or something? and also, the noise I'd describe it as, creaking?

Sticking is not a sign that break pads are bad...more then likely you need a new caliper...

I'm going to have to replace the whole caliper? well that's not much problem, easy as brake pads...
