well i need a srt-4 shift boot also

wastegate trigger/actuator - i want a agp or equivalent
sohc-dohc adapter plate for the exhaust manifold
piping for the intercooler
AaronNeon return line kit or spoolboy mod - (idk which)
AOBE map clamp or missing link - (idk which)
Oil pressure, fuel pressure, and boost gauges
some kind of BOV
some kind of boost controller

I already have the exhaust manifold, turbo, intercooler (shipping), and 3 inch O2 housing....

my questions are will anything else have to be 3 inch bc the o2 housing is 3 inch...and what are the diameters of the inlet outlet on the stock srt-4 intercooler? thanx as always

 

also wanted to know if the hot and cold side plumbing on the stock srt-4 intercooler can be modified to fit a 04 sxt or should I just by something like this:

you dont need a bov, the srt manifold has a surge valve, if you want, just get the blue plate

 

Yes, you could use some of those pieces to make your IC piping...wont fit "perfect", but it should still work with some cutting, some clamps, and maybe a fewadditional pieces. What are using for fuel management anyways?

 

what kind of waste gate do you need srt?
I have the adapter plate140 sound good?
I have extra feul canister if you want it so you can do your own spoolboymod you would need a walboro. I also have chil factory rrfpr

next too the mani there is the adapter

 

-03neonRT- for fuel management I was planning on using megasquirt...BUT i thought the stock pcm could handle 6-10 psi without geting megasquirt? Am i right? I was going to get the walbro 255 and I guess the spoolboy mod...(spoolboy mod wasnt in my original plans but he kinda makes it seem like its a must)....Do I need a rrfpr???

i think you just have to modify it slightly like cut it and put a rubber piece on it

 

you see the link in my last thread mike....i dont know if i could cut that without screwing myself over...its like 115 bucks..i wish it would just fit....i need some pics from somebody thats already turboed their car...i think GRAPHITE did on here....

 

If you had an R/T I would say just skip ahead and go MS, but since you dont, you should be fine with low boost on the stock PCM. If you do not use MS, you will need to Spoolboy Mod your fuel canister or buy a Return Line Kit, upgrade to a Walboro 255lph fuel pump, and purchase an RRFPR. If you go MS you'll just substitute the RRFPR for a 1:1 FPR. You'll also need a Map Clamp or Missing Link as well...

 

the cold side all do is get two nighty degree bends and about 15inches of pipe they 2.5 btw
I used the stock srt cold side pipe with I cut in half and added a 90deg bend tooget too the t/b
