Go do a search on Yahoo or some search engine, there is a service bulletin that talks about a popping noise in the suspension on Neons. Good luck man.

 

Im taking mine into Sears auto center tomorrow..hopefully mine will get fixed without costing a crap load.

ok guys.. so i got there and pulled my car in.. Sears said theyd do it for free so i didnt wanna pass that up.. I signed all the papers and the mechanic jumped in. He took it thru the parking lot doing turns and giving it take offs and obstacle course stuff. So they got it back in and lifted it. I couldnt see to well cuz it was far away so i went and looked at the eibachs prokit and the guy came and found me. He held up a peice of paper and said LEFT AND RIGHT FRONT OUTER TIE RODS AND LOOSE/BENT..now thats a ball buster enough. i asked how much to do it and the guy told me $212!![:@]..i was like heeeeelllllllll no..i took and went home and my dad called Pepboys and im picking the rods up tomorrow morning. So, im buying the rods and ill be under the car tomorrow with my dad cuz he knows that stuff. He can do the allignment on cars closer than the machine at most shops can.. but yeah thats my story and ill post again after i get them on.

 

WAT!!!!!? its da outer tie rods, did dey say wat caused it? is your car lowered?
