I'm new at all this.
Looking for dual exhaust for an 05 SXT. Cheap but good (wont rust).

any recommendations?

Is this a DIY install? or should i take it to a Muffler/exhaust shop?

 

i got the vibrant performance exhaust from www.modernperformance.com It is an awesomeexhaust and u wont have to cut the bumper. I did it in my driveway..very simple install. Other than that magnaflow would be another great way to go. Modern is a great company..

 

Either the srt stock exhaust with glasspackor a simple magnaflow not to expensive. I have the srt with glasspack on my 04 sxt and I love it . I found a cheap borla on ebay that Im bidding on. It has a muffler with it . So my exhaust might be up for sale pretty cheap if anyones lookin for a nice srt4 dual setup with glasspack.

 

do you have any pictures of your car?

i think i read something about the vibrant system hanging a little lower on one side than the other or maybe that was soemthing else.

if not, then it looks good to me.

also how would tht install go?

looks like i'd have to cut the pipe on the stock system and the vibrant would slide right over the end of the old pipe.

 

It looks like it might hang it little lower on the modern performance site but I can't quite tell. I would like to pick up the Vibrant too, but worried that it will hang lower on the one side.

No borla is the way to go for anyneon.

 

MAGNAFLOW!!!! overall, it does stick out a lil lower on the left side also not sure why, but beautiful

 

The Vibrant does? Or the Magnaflow? Or both hang lower on the one side? lol So many options....
