i am considering buying a set of 17" Volution rims with a +42 offset and wrapped in Kumho 711's with a size of 215/45 R17 will these fit on my neon? i have a 1.6-1.8" or so drop.... i need to know fairly soon so any help will be great... thanks

lol i dont have them... they are being sold by a kid near me..... but from the looks they are pretty nice lookin' ill see if i can get some off the manufacture's website.....

Only thing you may have a problem with is the tires. Rims will fit though. Long as they're 5x100 which i assume they are, offset is fine.

 

really u think the tires are gonna be a problem? gah..... thats the only reason i wanna buy them.... its cheaper than buying brand new tires :-\

well when i had 18" rims on my car it had tires that were 215/35 R18..... are those thicker or thinner than the ones i mentioned before....?

 

The 17's have thicker tires than ur 18's but they can fit....my friend just put 20's on his neon..

 

but is his neon lowered? b/c mine is.... so yea.... i just want to know for sure b/c i dont have the $ to waste on these and then have them not fit....
