The other day i took my seatbelt off, and then when i went to put it back on the dang thing was stuck and still is. It's like it locked up on me or something. I took the plastic off and kinda looked around down at the bottom of the seatbelt, but i couldnt really find anything. any suggestions on what to look at to release it or anyhting. thanks

 

mine did that before and i just put a knife down in it..dont know how it worked but something popped and it worked again
