i don't know anything about neons, but if all else fails just take both lines loose, start car (maybe shift), and see which one pumps fluid out.

okay so i studied up the instruction some more.....i could do this thing if i just knew which hoses were what on the neon and I dont even see a coolant hose/line going to the transmission!!!! but in the instructions it says connect the one side to the quick connect on the radiator and the other side to the transmission....so i wonder if that **** coming off one of the lines right next to the radiator is the quick connect??? -03neonRT- any ideas???
