2000 Neon fuse panel translation?
First of all, hello.
First post here.
First post here.Okay, well I suppose I might as well describe my problem. Our 2000 Neon keeps blowing the #10 fuse, labeled "LDP ABS, PTU SOL, ENG RLYS, ENG MOD". I've done some net searching and found a few other peoplehave hadthe same problem, but the only answer is "there's a short somewhere." My dad is a mechanic, and he said first thing he needs to know is what the fuse controls and go from there. Well, all that stuff on the panel is Greek to me. I can't tell what it means, and I couldn't find that online either. So, could anyone translate the description of the fuse?
the first one is abs, then not sure what the second one is, some kind of solenoid im guessing, then engine relays i think, and engine module i think. may be wrong though, i am taking guesses
i dont know what LDP means but ABS is the brakes, PTU SOL im guessing that SOL stands for some type of solenoid? ENG RLYS should stand for the Engine Relay, and ENG MOD i have no clue about.... ill take a look in my Haynes Manual for you to see if its in there....
