Im a gal also not very many gals on here with modded neons mostly guys so I would go with some 17inch rims and tires and than some nice lowering springs and struts and some nice taillights and a nice dual exhaust and clear sides and clear 3rd brake light for your apperance mods and for engine a nice intake , race motormounts , nice pair of msd plug wires and ngk plugs ,60mm throttlebody I have a bit more mods but cost me like a grand or so for my engine mods .
