Default lower control arm help to get bolt out

When i started taking my lower control arm off i noticed the back bolt was coming off hard. After a few tries of taking it off the nut inside the frame came loose. Now all it does is turn. How can i get to the nut to stop it from turning. It is the bolt by the stabilizer bar cosest to the rear of the car on the left front. Please i need help! Thank you

well the bolt itself might have had splines on it to keep it from turning in the first place. you said it was hard, did it turn very little slowly, or not at all and then all at once. if it is all at once, you snapped the splines and thats not good.
