i saw it on a neon on car domain give me a few dunt log off imma post 1, if it seems right imma make a bargin with the scion boys club down my street they hate me when i drive by there house lol..

Yep the Scion tC has the same bolt pattern as the Neon so they would be interchangeable.

depends on the scion , seems like the tc has the only similar bolt pattern the neons, but the box looking ones or 4 lugs universal
