I don't know if it's only with my cai, but occasionally i'll get a whistle when i give it a little gas.

The last time i was all revving with my friends they were all, "TWIN TURBO???". Of course they were talking **** like usual.

 

Nope thats normal for most, if not all CAI's.

the audio is ok but u dont get the full affect unless ur actually there.....ill have to consider doin a fly by...cuz i know other people have said its loud lol and they like it.....gives ya a lil extra when u gotta get on it quick
