Default car stereo + speakers

i recently got a Pioneer 50W x 4 MOSFET Apple® iPod™/Satellite Radio-Ready CD Deck for my car and im trying to get some speakers, and i was trying to get some "good" ones, and i was told that i had to see what's the maximum "watts" that the stereo's capable of handling, and i was wondering if anyone could help me out on trying to see what's the most "watts" or whatever it is that you measure sound by, since i want to get some to which i wont have to have to install an amplifier or anything like that. OR what speakers and what type of amplifier to get. thanks in advance.
another question ive had for the longest is what's the difference between the 2-3-4 Way speakers, which are better or if it makes a difference at all.

this is the exact same stereo i bought Pioneer 50W x 4 MOSFET Apple® iPod™/Satellite Radio-Ready CD Deck

Ok just get some Pioneer speakers, they are all good. Watts doesnt really matter unless your running an amp for them. But if the headunit is just powering those speakers then any speaker will do fine. I get 3way speakers too.

yea da cheap o ones, but i didnt think 2 15s in a box wouldnt fit, i had one but i blew it, now i want to fiberglass and get 2 15s but da same kind. lol. lmao. but da kicker i bet it slaps by itself , i have 2 12 kicker comprvs and the sound hella good but 1 15 kicker comprv would do good by itself but 2 would b better. lol. how many watts is your system? and wat amp u got powering them.
