well i got the race ones(hope i dont regret it) and just wanted to see if anyone had any "do this to make it better" or "do this to avoid this" tips

My husband just went by the directions thats what I would say to do its nothing to worry about its pretty easy only took my husband like 15 minutes.

ok cool. yah i just got in my vinyl eyelids too..hopefully will do them later too..any tips on this one? and yah i dont wanna hear how i shouldv gotten the fiberglass or whatever.i got vinyls for a reason. thanks all

You should have gotten fiberglass . Lol sorry I had too [8D]. As for the MM install, it should take no more then 15 minutes, the instructions are pretty self explanatory so theres really no tips or tricks to the install.

For your MM install.....I noticed if you use a "cat claw" kinda like a crobar.....you can wedge the top one in without cutting anything...you could also use a rubber mallet hammer to beat it in....I wouldnt cut anything because I didnt have to....(no cutting = more MM) ...the top one if i remember correctly i barely had to jack the motor up at all and the bottom one i did have to jack up MORE to get the pressure off of it...I used a cement block then jack then block of wood....

no..it keeps gettin put off..i gotta wait. im staying at a friends house sometime, and when i do that we're gunna get them done. we spent all day deciding if we're gunna get this car next door to him. Its a 93 bonneville supercharged. We were doin some work on it today, and hope im stayin there tonight and we can do the MMs..ill let you all know as soon as i do it

i just noticed on the instructions, it said torque to factory specs..did any of you do that easily? what is the factory specs?
