I would say at least 123 or a little more with a little more mods I would put you at 130 to 135 . Mine is 130 to 140 with all my tons of engine mods I have everything but a turbo and a megasquirt like mickey is workin on or nitrous like my 1st gen has with the turbo.
123?? Thats pretty optimisitic airwolf. With his mods he is looking good to see over 120. I know.

K&N CAI, 60mm ThrottleBody, Upper & Lower Race Prothane Motor Mounts, Crane Cams #0012 cam, AEM Adjustable cam gear, PaceSetter header, Vibrant exhaust, new plugs and crane wires (just replaced them because of my cam install), MSD Ignition, Front and Rear Strut Bar, and hopefully a new UDP within a few months.

EDIT * Thats just the go....

You should really get an SRT bumper.

They add about 130whp.

Anyways I have an AEM Cold Air Intake, 60mm Throttle Body (going back to the stock t/b next week), pacesetter header, hi-flow cat, vibrant dual exhaust, transmission cooler, and an AF/x Chip (which needs to be installed, but throw it into the mix if u can!). Considering those modifications, at where do you think I stand in the h/p world?? Im not even close to be doing with doing more mods as much as i like to say i am, but just for now, how much do you think my neon could conceivably be packing??
Lets start with the baseline that you have 110whp stock. Now, realistically, the CAI will add 1-2whp, a 60mm TB will do about the same. The high flow cat, downpipe, and vibrant rear section isnt doing anything (lets not get into another argument about that lol), but for kicks, lets say you were able to free up 2whp, and the transmission cooler is also not giving you any WHP/WTQ.

So, with the mods you have your looking at 115-117whp from the mods you have done, and you'll need to ellaborate what AF/x "Chip" you have purchased. If its an AF/x ECU then you can probably add another 5whp, if its not, then your not going to get any performance out of it.
