Hault in modding the neon
Well looks like i wont be up grading the neon any more....atleast for a while.
Thats bcuz of my new toy
Ivewanted to build a honda for the track and now I finally have the oppertunity. its got a jdm b16a motor, gutted interior, gsr brakes, bear drilled and slotted rotors 17"rims (will be on sell give me a good price) 50 shot nitrous (also on sell) skunk2 coilovers, apexi exhaust, racing seats..Im probably leaving some stuff out. Guess how muchi paid for it??? All i can say is FINALLY!! i use to just sit at the side lines and read/ research about it. but now i can finally get my hands dirty
. Im just praying that i wake up tomorrow and its still there( i get paranoid when something this good happens)
Ive personally seen this thing beat an srt-4 last yr. I dont know if he was on the bottle or notat the time tho. The guy said off the bottle it runs low 14's.

lol im a ***** when it comes to cars, ill ride any thing lol. j/k . it doesn't matter what you drive, just the amount of power it puts to the ground. which translates into the amount of money u put into the car.Besides ive always been a honda freak at heart.

congrats... the b16 is a stout little motor! even with .4l less than our motors, it is hands down a far more superior motor. My suggestion would be to dump the nitrous.
The b16 on stock sleeves and 10psi will normally net you about 300-340whp. Have fun, its a great platform!

Nice engine, but the Honda is ugly as f***. lol. I know people dont like to hear it, but sometimes, I wish our engines responded to mods half as well as some Honda motors do...

trust me lol the reason y i developed such a clean style for the neon is becuz i was into jdm style first lol. I dont **** with nos so that for sell the rims are too, ther to big in my opinion . I wana get som 16" gold and chrome gt3 and slam the car (since it does have fully adjustable coilovers
) or maybe just some nice slicks. I want to turbo it but im beefing up the bottom end first. Prolly not "fully built" but at least some rods and pistons, then id work on the top end. The funny thing about the car is that theguy said he couldnt get the vtec to work right so its hooked on to a switch. But once u flip that thing the car pulls hard threw all gears lolI hope i getto take it to the track soon.

oh and y u ask? i pretty much stole this car for the price i bouhgt it for ...800$ for the whole thing, u cant even find the motor for that pice, hell you cant find the rims for the price
