Default These lowering springs acceptable??

http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1∂=EIB%2D2820%2D140&am p;N=700+4294908110+4294907527+4294924666+400280+11 5&autoview=sku

Would these lowering springs be acceptable for my application. I just got a set of 17" rims put on my neon, and it obviously needs to be lowered as anticipated, would these springs offer handling and comfort with stock components, as well as make the car look right?! haha
