Default carpet

has any of you guys ever replaced or washed your carpet? mine is filthy but i don't know if i should remove it and wash or spend the money to buy a new one . what do you guys think.
if i should remove it can i get new fasteners and where .thanks

i think itd be less of a hassle to get it detailed. depending on how dirty it is

post pics of the carpet best beat if is swampy gross den pay someone to come to your house and wash it be like 60 bucks shampoo and mybe conditioneer your never know but if soo get some purplepower liquid from advance or auto zone and with warm water and a scrubber begin like 7am for better trying throught the day and work it out , when down take it to a nearby carwash with there carwas vac , vac the moist out ..

easiest results might be gained from just removing the seats and center console, leaving the carpet in place. use a quility steam cleaner (hose attachemnt of course). clean it the best you can. THEN take it out, hanging it up so it can dry properly. now you can spot clean any problem areas. once its completley dry, reinstall it. this will prevent any 'musty' smell from having moisture trapped in there.

i hate that smell man! i did a bucket seat swap on my project truck and i clean them but wow they stunk!
