i had my neon up to 126mph against my cousins mustang GT, i was still pulling although he still had another gear left

ive had my 96 ATX to 110. its completely stock

Without a performance PCM, the limiter will hit at 122, or right there. A "performance Neon" can hit a top of 150+.

im was only able to get it up to 95 but then agian its a complety stock 95 neon. i would of gone faster but it started to shake
