I recently had a battery replaced in my 2002 neon and a few weeks later, my radio/clock/cd/tape player panel stopped working

Someone suggested I replace the fuse in the fuse box under the hood, which I did. Still no luck.

Any suggestions would be appreciated since I don't want to put a lot of money into a 5 year old car.
