i got a hifonics brutus 2000 watt amp and i have every thing hooked up right as far as i kno. ive hooked up quite a few systems.

well if it has power its not the fuses........you have power but no thump....trace your speaker wires all the way from subs to amp make sure they arent grounded or shorted to anything...check your RCA cables because if thats not hooked up you wont get any sound either....you should check behind the cd player as they rarely come unplugged but sometimes do......when all is said and done take another speaker of any kind (doesnt have to be a sub...if its a speaker just turn the amp level down) and check to see if you can get any other speakers to play off of it......what ohm load are you pulling off of the amp...4 ohm?? 2 ohm?? 8 ohm??? is the amp a 2 channel 4 channel or a monoblock>??
