for N/A you want HIGH compression.

To do that I would go with high-flowing parts, a big cam, and lots of internal parts

The other mods will be pretty worthless on a lower compression motor without a turbocharger...but the P&P work will probably cost $1,000-$1,500 fior a rreally agressive job. The 60mm TB will be $250, the Comp 400 will be $250, the longtube header will be $300-$400 depending on brand...

i actually also have a question about this..... i have a 2001 ES 5sp Man. with a CAI, Vibrant Dual Exhaust, and i have a set of Prothane Race MMI's on the way so atm i estimate my HP to be roughly 124 HP to the wheels, give or take..... i dont want to be doing too much headwork or changing CAMs just yet.... I just want to go with Bolt-on's atm and i am wondering what can get me to around 140-160 WHP range, now those are just goal numbers i realize that i will need to spend a bunch more than that to get there but where can i start? i was thinking my next mod was going to be a 55mm TB b/c the 60MM will just be wayyyyyy too big, and i was also thinking that i could go with the Indy Intake Manifold but so far no one has told me EXACTLY what the problem with it is, and what you need to do to get it to fit right..... i was also thinking about getting the Borla headers which are the same as the R/t headers and should give me around 5-8 HP i hope..... which puts me around the 129-132 which is nice but i do kinda want a bit more... so what else should i do bolt-on wise?
