i have a 2004 neon r/t and i put in a cold air intake but im tryin to find some things to increase my horsepower but i rly dont want to turbo it

 

Its hard to get a lot of Horsepower out of the stock neon engine without oing forced induction.

You could go for quite a few things. It all depends on your budget constraints and what you are really after. Dependable performance or Performance at all costs.

 

Comp 400 camshaft, 1st Gen DOHC pistons, ported cylinder head, ported intake manifold, longtube header, 60mm TB, just to name a few.

i can spend as much alot i just want alot more horsepower i was thinkin about low compression on the engine

 

If your not going turbo then low compression is the opposite direction you want to go.
