Just purchased a used Neon for my daughter. Noticed a hiss near the rear of the car. I have isolated it to the right rear behind the wheel. Don't have a book on this car yet so I don't have a clue what I looking at. Vacuum line comming from forward to an elbow. the leading edge of the elbow looks to be just worn from road debris. Anyone have a clue as to what I'm looking at? What does affect? Can I buy just the elbow from Dodge tomorrow?
