There are transmission mounts for our Neons. I thought they only had tranny mounts for the 1st gen Neon. Where is this website?

They have a few nice things there. I believe I'll be getting those tranny mounts very soon.

 

Anyone done the tranny mount inserts? I know mikey has. Anyone got comments on the install?

 

i have them, they are pretty good, worked well. shipping wasnt that bad as i remember

what exactly do they do?

 

They help the car launch better. They keep the trans from moving under heavy loads and put the power to the ground better.

 

I hear you're supposed to put all 3 mounts. Something about it stressing out the tranny when you have inserts or them filled.

That's the next thing i'm going to buy after my sideskirts are on. This car is a sinkhole...fa sho.
