Well I had a mpx header which worked really well for me that I got from modern performance and I had comp400 cam which is awesome I know our leader that has the yellow 03 r/t has the comp400 cam on his ride also. I think those are the best to me but you would have to get a indy intake manifold to help out . Our leader could help you out more since he has a pretty modded engine in his r/t .

The best cam on a stock PCM for a Magnum engine is going to be the Comp 400, which can be purchased on Ebay or through Summit Racing, among other places. The Comp 400 is great because it gives almost the same power increase of the Crane 14, but keeps all that power inside the stock powerband, while the Crane 14 makes power up to 7,200-7,400 RPM's (which is waay above the R/T's 6,816 RPM rev limiter). Plus, with the Comp 400 you dont have to replace your valve springs, you can utilize your stock Magnum springs which will save you money.

As far as a new header goes, the ONLY way you will see any kind of power gains is though a mid-length header with a merge collector, or a long tube header. You stock short tube header is as good as it gets for STH's (since its basically a Borla made header)...

I would look at the MPX long tube header or their mid length header if I were u. The quality of the MpX long tube header is great.
