how to remove stock radio?
im trying to hook a amp up to the stock radio and wanna know how to remove it so i can get to the remote wire? any help would be appreciated. and yes i know this isnt the best way to do it but i have run 3 cars the same way.
take out the two air vent in the middle by popping them out. then there's two screws right behind them. take those out. then pull on the bezel? or whatever you call that cover on the whole front panel till it comes off. then you'll see there's screws for the stock factory radio. Remove them and it should just come right out. Good luck
oh yeah, once you remove the two screws from the air vent and start pulling out the dash cover? bezel? you will notice that it feels like it's still attached at the bottom of it... just pull hard on it... it's just clips at the bottom. when reinstalling just the the same thing backwards and the clip would just clip right in.
