Default inexpensive upgrades

What are some inexpensive upgrades for the 2nd gen Neon? I already have plugs, wires, and the CAI.

if you want real cheep upgrades start pulling weight from the car with like the spare tire and jack its free and it takes weight out making the car quicker

I will give you some help since a few arent being any help. You have started out with some nice engine mods . I would go with a nice dual exhaust like a magnaflow or srt with glasspack like I have . Also you could get a better tb and udp .

I agree, I would make exhaust the next upgrade... I always look at it from a $-to-HP ratio... if it costs more than $60 per hp, don't do it.

Besides removing weight from the car (don't forget the liner underneath the hood), another relatively cheap mod is to run full synthetic oils in your motor and trans... this frees up a couple ponies, and is usually good for an extra mpg or so.
