I just joined the forum and I own a 2002 Neon, of course, and I am looking to beef it up a little. The only thing is is that I am on a rather tight budget. All I have done so far is add a cold air intake, and a tornado insert. I am wanting to keep going but with money being tight I have no clue where to go from here. Please help meout.
