Default im back. but got one question.

well i just came back from lancaster and could i say, wat a trip. well i tried to challenge some people but dey wouldnt budge. but anyways its da moment of no return.i can go for show lookor going for power.well i plan on doing a swap. forthose who done da swap, but i been thinking and i really cant decide. its like dis, if i do da swap can i put da engine and tranny and engine harness without doing other stuff all at da same time? (wat i mean is just putting in da engine, tranny, and engine harness at one time and still b able to drive da car witout putting a fuel pump, return line etc. etc.and slowly add da parts little by little, like i kno da srt-4 tranny is a direct bolt on? or is dis somtin like dat would take a mechanic a whole week to put everytin in? i dont kno if you understand my question but i hope ya can answer

From what i understand, the tranny will bolt to the motor with no problem... but on the 00-02 you will have to modify the K frame to get the clearance for it to fit in the car.

you didn't mention anything about, but you will need SRT axels, hubs, breaks... engine harness, dash harness. The list goes on. Stock SRT does not use a return line. and yes you will need the pump.

There is alot more that i'm missing, but what i'm getting at is its not a cut and dry swap with an early second gen.

Search through the project log section on the org... there has bound to be something there.

You also need the pedal and clutch assembly, IMO your best bet is gettin the guys at Srt4 store to do the swap and then its all done one straight shot.

How good is your mechanic, would you have ALL parts, and are all the parts in working condition? Assuming you have all the parts and they are all in working order, a mechanic could have it done in 2 days or less.
