New paint job?
I want loud so Im thinkin more of the line ofmixed red with my mixed black that I have on now . So nobody can match my paint . Plus it will match my interior and soon to be custom leather black with red sxt-4 stiched in front and rear seats .
I had this convo with my buddy the other day and came to the conclusion a viper red and black combo is too tacky and too over done. now a darker red that fades into black would be the "shiznit" but i am sticking to my guns on this one. gotta go black and gun!

black and gunmetel. its enough to be noticed, but not be to loud. the other colors are too different.

Gunmetal is out and the kind of red Im lookin into doing you wont find much cause its a custom mixed red . I have nothing gunmetal on or in my sxt and I have a ton of red so its a custom mixed red into my custom mixed black FTW!
Im going to do a flame job on my sxt instead of repainting it but its either going to be ghost flames or chromillusion flames where in different angles they change colors and they are going to be 3d painted on flames not decals. Got both ideas from my carshow yesterday. More custom and way cheaper .
lol it will prolly be in the range of like $1000 for a GOOD CLEAN job but either of those.... and thats if you can find a place that can do them.... b/c both require a lot of time and a lot of paint.... there is like 5 coats that need to go on there so usually they will need to strip the paint thats on there off then repaint it with 1 or 2 basecoats and then start on the flames.... or they will just tape off the area after they take the clear coat off thats already on there and then begin... either way its gonna be expensive.... and some places actually air-brush the flames so then it gets more expensive... but w/e u choose to do will prolly look good. good luck! oh and wheres the pics of that 3rd brake light?
A grand or a little more is way cheaper than 3 or 4 grand for the paint job I was going to do and flames do so well at my shows. I have some mods in my inerior already so outside would be awesome. Ill get you those pics today . Ive been pretty busy with gettin my sxt back the way I want her from the accident and did well at my show yesterday.
