Default SIDE WINDOW AIR DEFLECTOR

Ok, simple question..

Which is better and why?

window air deflectors applied with M3 adhesive tape (or acrylic tape)
-OR-
Direct snap in into the window channel itself

I do a lot of highway driving at +65 mph

what would be best suited and more reliable and wont fly off the car at high speeds

the price of the acrylic taped ones average about $50-$60

Direct in window channel are $90-$105

If you live in the SW (TX,NM,AZ,SOCAL), the heat and uv rays will break down the tape fast. If you are a pitiful soul stuck with 2 1/2 months of summer and 9 1/2 months of cold weather , it is purely aesthetics.(But we all can't live in Paradise, can we?)

I have the stick on ones on the SRT. they have been on there about 2 years now... and havent come unstuck yet. I personally like the ones that stick into the window channel, but each to his own.

the thing about the stick on ventshades is to properly clean the area you are adhearing them to before applying them. and make sure you get it right the first time (test fit)
