ok back to the beginning...I had driving lights put on my car but had not gotten around to wiring them up so the other day I decided it was a warm night so I will hook them up. after doing so i got the fuse thing so i checked everything and still got the fuse thing. so after un plugin the batt I tried again but still fuse so i went and un did all the wiring for the lights and still got the fuse thing and everything works (except the driving lights now) so i un did the batt again and turned the car on and still got a fuse light. untill i figure out what is causing this i am not wiring the lights back in.

Try starting it, letting it run so it can charge up and see what happens? I'm at a loss right now.
