hey fellow neon owners i was just wondering if you can make a 2002 neon look like an 2003-2005 by changing the bumbers and headlights, tail lights

Might have to change a bulb socket or two I am not sure but basically Yeah. People have done it to make them SRT's too (need a hood too).
