Default Seafoam

I just got done reading like 20 seafoam threads all over the net. Has anyone here done it?

Can you put it in your gas tank without changing your oil? I was thinking about throwing some in there to clean it out but i'm not due for an oil change for another 3k+ miles....

84,358 miles.

I changed the oil at 8200....i think. I don't remember. I changed the spark plugs a couple hundred miles ago, and the transmission fluid too. I figure at 90,000, i'll get new sparks, wires and oil.

But I wanted to put some seafoam/injector clearner? in the gas tank right now to squeeze out some more MPG's...which is really import to me. Gas money is pissing my parents off haha.

edit: Yeah I read the how to on 2gn, but there is a much more detailed one on neons.org, although the information everywhere is pretty redundant. Then I hear about it clogging cats, 02 sensors...that's scary.

they do but only marginally. i think i paid like $60 for the injector cleaner here in NY. if you got money you can send your injectors to RC engenering and they can clean them and blueprint them..lol but thats crazy money
