it'll bolt up to the motor, but getting it to fit and work may be a little harder...

You will have to modify the K frame to get it in... You will have to use SRT axles which leaves with a situation. The jack shaft bearing bolts to the 2.4l block very nicely. Unfortunately it will not bolt to the 2.0l. The shop is going to have to fab up a custom bracket in order for the bearing assembly to fit. ope your shop is good, if that bearing placement isn't true i can see alot of bearing replacements in your future.

There is also possibility that the placement of the tranny may make it difficult to lower the car.

There is a thread on 2gn.org where someone says they did it... I'm pretty sure everybody came to the conclusion that the original poster was full of ****. They would not provide proof that the tranny was in or any type of video of it running. I've yet to hear of anybody successfully doing it yet.

If its an 03 tranny its not worth it... It'll just add weight and make your car slower.
