Automatic Transmission
Hahn 16g would give at most 230 horse power at 8 psi without extra mods. With drive train loss it would drop to 195. That's about a 74% power increase.
Would imagine that would give 13's in the 1/4 mile. Maybe high 12's.
If Hahn said 250-275 it was probably the 20g. Turbo-Kits.com shows the Stage II kit being a 16g though.

Ok, i'm calling BS... an 8 psi hahn stage two kit will not put down the horspower you claim. It may say it on the site, but i've yet to see a dyno sheet to prove, never mind those numbers on an automatic. Even if you did running stock compression at those levels you will probably pop the wrist pins without a perfect tune. Its funny how you run 11's but the fastest the guys at hahn could run was a low 13. Pretty good for only racing about five times... < sarcasm...
Ok, I’m done with this chick… If she posts incorrect information, I will correct her. And that goes for anyone, I would expect the same done to me if I did it. As far as airwolf goes, I’ve found that this is an ongoing trend with her. She will make bogus statement with no truth, fact, or even a believable response… Then when someone calls her on it, she is automatically the victim.
Case in point: (and I will only bore you with one example of the many I’ve found)

you're latest comments in this thread are worth nothing without dyno sheets or timeslips. Enjoy your little fantasy world you live in... lol

To each is every own . My 1st gen hahn does in the 11s almost 10s so its what you do to your turbo and depends on the driver also. I have a 96 turboed neon .

1st of all I hate trouble makers like both of you . I never posted pics of my white acr only had it for a month sold it for personal reasons . Second of all I only have my sxt on here and very old pics shes changed alot. Will never post my 96 cause of flamers likeyou both. My next ride is going to be a sti. Love neons but want to get into the import world nicer group of forums also and more of them. Id say to how about 17inch tires and rims and lowering springs and a cf hood all good for racing and shows. you can build up your engine just as nice then going turbo.

As mentioned no dyno = BS
Turbo-Kits.com has the Stage II Hahn turbo kit, adds 90-100 horse power. If the Hahn page is right and it gets 275, that's 233 HP to the wheels.
I just did some searching on cardomain.com for other Neon owners, Someone with a 97 ACR had to run 15 PSI to get a 12.0 1/4 mile time. At 290 wheel horse power he only ran a 12.69.
