2000 Dodge Neon Problem.
Hello, im new to the forum and first wanna say hi. I was hoping someone in this forum can help me with my problem. For the last month or so my car has been spuddering slightly when going up a hill or i really press on the gas. It keeps getting worse and worse as time goes on and i need to find the problem. i was woundering if it could be the fuel filter going bad and not getting enough fuel to the engine. My problem is that at the parts store they tell me the filter is built into the gas pump itself? Before, i go puting a whole new pump in i was woundering if anyone has any ideas what it might be if not the pump? If not do you all belive i should go ahead and replace the pump? Its a 2000 Dodge Neon ES 2.0 16 valve, and was just woundering if it sounded like the pump to u guys. thanks for any help yall can give me in advance.
you my friend need to change your plugs and wires.... AND NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY DO NOT BUY PLATINUM PLUGS! buy Iridium plugs (they are great) and some new wires and you will be set
already didgas treatment... dont think its plugs replaced those about 1k miles ago.... along with full tune up... im woundering on EGR valve screwed? going to get air filter tomorrow and try that if not gonna find the egr valve and check that...

I always use gas treatment after every oil change.

The egr valve is on the drivers side end of the head. It is hid down under the air tube that runs between the air cleaner and throttle body. If you have problems with the egr. See this link:

If you have a code 32, look carefully at the EGR Solenoid.
