good.. just make sure that you choose what your pulling carefully. like if you pull sound deadening stuff the car will be louder and so on.

There are tons of little things you can do to reduce weight... Some of things thing may reduce ride quality. You should think about the trade off and how far you are willing to go. As an example, i pulled the seats out of my 03 and pulled the carpet. Under the carpet is some sound dampening foam/rubber. I scraped it all out and put the carpet back. The road noise was a bit higher than stock, but i pulled a good 8-10 punds off the car.

also remember its not one place to take ten pounds off its 10 places to take one pound.

~ Padding under hood
~ Spare Tire / Jack
~ Trunk Carpeting
~ Back Seat
~ Floor mats

you get the idea...

It got up to like 118 this summer.

We get up around there with humidity sometimes, but that's usually only when it's raining. It's a dry heat here usually, but when you get in a car and its like 180 degrees, it's horrible. My mom put a thermometer in her car once while we went shopping, the thermometer maxed out. The numbers stopped at 160 and looked like it would probably go over 170.
