Unfortunately labor doesn't really count for anything. Based on what you have done, KBB would probably be around what it would sell for.

Maybe around $4,500 or $4,750.

Well, as it stands..when i traded in my 2000 neon the guy gave me 3200 for it. I had it complted decked too, headlights, tail lights, underglow kits, cold air intake, header, hi-flow cat, dual exhaust, r/t bumper, sxt spoiler, clear corner lenses, sunroof, cd player, a/c...you name it, and thats ALL i got. For private sale, $4500 tops. Most people know these neons dont sell good, so they don't want to spend that much because they know they besides YOUR mods, they are cheap cars. It really sucked for me, because i dumped in atleast 5,000 into that damn car, and i didnt get a nickle back for it!

Kelly Blue Book has the check list for the parts and stuff (CD player and stuff) and then since your body kit isn't painted it would probably be just good condition. Even though you probably paid $1000 for the body kit, getting OEM replacements from a dealer is actually more expensive. If I were to try to get an SRT-4 front bumper from Dodge it would be over $700.
