heh, insurance would probably kill him. I know insuring an SRT-4 would kill me. I think the SRT swap would be better in the long run. Especially if you want to turbo it and all. That's my long term goal

for a 5speed yeah a srt swap would be well worth it but if you have an auto best turbo for that would be some kind of hahn turbo kit .

Only new srt4 you can get are the calibersrt4s when they come out in the fall sometime . Good luck at finding a brand new srt4 neon. All are used and beware in lookin for a srt4 or srt4 engine and tranny . There are some that have been beaten to death.

ya i wish i could find a new srt4. my goal is to find one with low miles, thats taken care of. if i could get one i would like to get a 2005 srt4 acr. i heard that after 03 models they made them better or something. and a 05 is more likely to have less miles on it. i plan to get one in the beg. of 08.

Yeah I had an acr srt4 when they 1st came out and had her for a few months . She was the rare white . My husband made me sell her cause of the modding I was going overboard and I got 2 speeding tickets in the same week in her. So a 05 acr is the only way to go with low miles . The suspension and all is so much fun. I put a cf ip2 hood and trunk on her with a avs cf wing . Also put stage 3 coilovers on her that made the suspension even nicer. I had slight engine mods but wanted to get a bigger turbo for her .

Heres what I can remember about the acr .They come with 225/45/zrr16 tires and 16inch rims the bbs awesome lookin ones that I loved . Also came with tokiko 5 way ajustable dampers ,rear tension strut, large front antirollbar, and seats that have acr stiched in them with shoulder harnesses that are pretty cool. You can add any kind of nice springs or coilovers you want doesnt have to be the mopar stage 3 coilovers I went with which are probably the best for a drop for a srt4.
