um i have da same subs but 12" and i say get a JL 1600 watt amp. dats wat i have and i havent blown dem yet

why 1600 watts? the peak is 800....... at most you would need a 900watt amp... but hey its all good....

Well I was also thinking about getting a 4 channel amp and hooking them up to my 6x9's in the back. They handle up to 440W
