Default Weird Problem

I have a 2005 Neon SXT with 32,000 miles on it and I have been having a starting problem for the last couple of weeks. In the morning when I go to work the car is parked in the garage and it starts right up and runs perfect all the way to work, about 25 miles. OK here is the kicker, after I get off work 10 hours later the car has been sitting in the parking lot all day inthe heatand when I try to start it it will start for just a second then quit, start again for just a second and quit, it will do this 4 or 5 times then it will eventually fire right up and run all the way home with no problems until the next day then it will do this all over again. This has been going on for about a week and a half now and its getting worse. Have any of you gone through this or have heard any thing like this before? Fuel filter? Losing pressure in fuel system somewhere? I am stumped, any suggestions? TIA

Default RE: Weird Problem

This happens to me if I havent started my car for about 28 Hours. I think only because theres not enough air flow going threw with my stock intake. I have the dual exhaust. But it only does it once and then after that I have no problem. Maybe sometimes I could not turning the key all the way I don't really know.

I used to get the same kind of problem in my '66 Mustang. Take forever to start up, but once it started, you could turn it off and turn it right back on. Don't remember what the problem was though [&:]
